Ram conceived the need for ProZone in 1996 working with Derby County FC, having worked with M&M Mars (Europe & Japan), Sanofi, SA (France & Global) and BSI (Global) in Business Development, Strategic Planning and as Marketing Director. ProZone was divested to a private equity company in 2005, having successfully installed the system as de facto game and performance analysis standard in the English Premier League for Football and Rugby. Ram was a non-executive director for FTSE100 company Amlin, other smaller companies and is Chairman of two charitable trusts; Yorkshire Cricket Foundation for Yorkshire Cricket and Funde Cruz for an ex-Premier League footballer in Ecuador.
